Qingjing

During 3 days of our holiday in Taiwan, we went to Qingjing (Qingjing is high up in the mountains). Below is a picture of our minsu. A minsu is like a very small hotel with about 5~10 rooms and common areas.

Misty Villa Minsu

It looks like a mansion, doesn't it? And there is one thing I should comment about the whole of Qingjing: Spiders are everywhere.

'Playground' in Misty Villa Minsu

A playground for visitors who are children about 4~5 years old. (I included this slide because I happened to have a picture of it.)

Weird traffic lights

No matter how hard I try, I still can't understand what these traffic lights mean.

Green Green Grasslands
青青草园(qing qing cao yuan)

A BIG garden high up in the mountains. Tourists often go there to see goats grazing in the fields. And if you pay 100NT(S$4.50)1 person, and 150NT(S$6.80)2 people, you can ride a horse/pony for a short while!

Goats being fed by locals/tourists

Before I forget, you can also feed goats by purchasing some cheap goat food at vending machines.

Last thing I want to comment about Qingjing: There are 7-elevens and Starbucks all over Qingjing!
